One of the success stories of New Zealand stand up comedy. After winning the two biggest comedy awards in New Zealand (NZ Comedy Guild Best Male Comedian in 2004 and The 2004 Oddfellows Billy T award), Hurley set sail for the UK and the busiest live stand-up circuit in the world. Within a very short time Ben fully established himself as a headline act performing not only throughout Britain but on the international circuit as well including Singapore, Dubai, Ireland, Australia, Bahrain, Spain and Switzerland. Only the second ever Kiwi to be invited to perform on the prestigious Comedy Store TV show shown on the Paramount Comedy channel.
